ALL applicants need to complete one each. Once completed the application will come straight to me. 

When completed you need to Email me the following for all applicants. 

• A copy of your Equifax full credit report.
• A copy of your employment reference. 
• A copy of one piece of Government photo ID. 
• Copies of your last two pay stubs. If self-employed a copy of the previous year’s Notice of Assessment is required.
• A short 4 or 5 sentence bio for each tenant.
• A written reference letter from your current landlord.
• Tenants will need to provide Tenant Liability Insurance proof before their lease starts.
